What is the door-to-door module?
Our door-to-door module can be used on any type of campaign, Lotteries, Regular Giving or membership!
When your team works on door-to-door fundraising it is important that you are able to properly configure your campaign to ensure it works efficiently.
Our door-to-door module allows:
Efficiency – You can easily ignore “bad doors“ and save valuable time. It will stop your team wasting knocking doors that won’t be answered. This is achieved by marking them as ‘No cold calling’, before your team heads out. This leaves your team more time to return to doors that were marked as wanting your team to ‘come back another time’!
Profitability – allows managers to understand activity on doors; more time to prioritise ‘open’ doors, therefore increased chance of successful signups.
Simplicity – makes the administration for door knocking much simpler for both Portal and Fundroid users.
No need to worry about doors being re-knocked after a customer has cancelled their sign-up as you can set up ‘door outcomes’ during set up. There are 4 pre-defined outcomes, although more can be added if you’d like:
These outcomes can be assigned their own ‘cool-off’ period to avoid a door being knocked again too soon!
