IdealFundraising allows you to easily glance over all of your signups, as they come in. Easily see further details such as which campaign the signup is for, how much the signup is for, who the fundraiser was and if the signup has been approved or not.

What details can I see?
Their name, contact details, if they give permission to be contacted, where they signed up, photos of the donor (if necessary), payment details and their signature!
Recording the donor’s signature is an important part of compliance. Their signature is stored alongside their signup record.
Unlike other systems, our donors address and bank details are instantly validated without the need for internet connectivity!
This means you can increase your sign-up rate by 5-10% and improve retention rate.
How are sign-ups increased? By not having to call and validate the sign up in the next couple of days, you can be sure to sign-up more donors there and then.
If for any reason, you are unable to validate the signup during your face-to-face meeting, for example, they have requested not to give you bank details, you can set them as a call back in the system allowing you to set up workflows within your business, and minimise lost donors.
Editing a signup
You can easily edit a signup. These changes are recorded and shared with the donor. You are able to see which team member made the edits allowing you to easily trace interactions.

If you need to work through your signups by a strict set of parameters, IdealFundraising allows you to filter your signups by whatever requirement you need. If you regularly use the same set of filters, save the as a favourite and use them as often as you like, saving you time!

Since 2013 we’ve used IFS to process far in excess of 225,000 new members on behalf of our six charity clients. The system is secure, smooth and user-friendly, and hiccups are non-existent. The live reporting is a really useful feature too! IFS certainly comes highly recommended from us.
