What details can I see? Their name, contact details, if they give permission to be contacted, where they signed up, photos of the donor (if necessary), payment details and their signature! Recording the donor’s signature is an important part of compliance. Their signature is stored alongside their signup record.
Validating the signup
Unlike other systems, our donors address and bank details are instantly validated without the need for internet connectivity!
This means you can increase your sign-up rate by 5-10% and improve retention rate.
How are sign-ups increased? By not having to call and validate the sign up in the next couple of days, you can be sure to sign-up more donors there and then. If for any reason, you are unable to validate the signup during your face-to-face meeting, for example, they have requested not to give you bank details, you can set them as a call back in the system allowing you to set up workflows within your business, and minimise lost donors.
Editing a signup You can easily edit a signup. These changes are recorded and shared with the donor. You are able to see which team member made the edits allowing you to easily trace interactions.
