Signup Approval

This is a very useful feature in capturing all those signups that are considered vulnerable and who you believe should have another call to ensure they wish to sign up. You can set different parameters to determine which sign ups will be automatically approved and which signups you would like to be further ratified, e.g under 25’s and over 79 year olds. Ideal Fundraising provides a simple and intuitive interface to ring those vulnerable donors, all from the portal. You also have the option to also use ring central (VOIP), which is a system that calls the number for you and records it, so that you have a full audit trail to prove you have followed protocol, in line with the Fundraiser Regulator guidelines.


Fraud Protection

There are a number of fraud protection measures in place with Ideal Fundraising for which you will have full reporting for.  Some of the measures include:

  • The fundraisers will not be able to make multiple attempts at putting in incorrect bank details
  • Once the donor has signed the campaign form, the fundraiser cannot retrospectively change any of the details, without getting a new signature
  • Ideal Fundraising automatically detects when fundraisers try to use the same bank details for the same campaign more than once. If bank details are used more than once, the sign up will be marked as a duplicate and a fraud warning report will be emailed to the fundraiser manager.

Welcome Calls

Easily work through your list of sign ups and make a welcome call to them to thank them for donating or subscribing to your casue. You also have the option to use Ring central (VOIP) which will ring the number for you so that you don’t even have to type the number in! This helps prevent mistakes and also speeds up the process for you. Using Ring Central also means that all calls will be recorded so you have a full audit trail of the calls you have made.
