Ideal Fundraising provides a dashboard, accessible via any browser, to provide you with real time information about your fundraising efforts. Not only that, it allows you to see this information along with statistics for periods of times that you want to analyse; e.g. last month and last year, among others. This is useful for your management team who may be on the move, as they have key information at their fingertips wherever they are.
In addition to this key information, the dashboard allows you to delve further into the detail of each of the metrics. For example, you may see that you have 5 Fundraisers working today, but once you click on it, you can see the list of the names of the people fundraising. To top it off, you have the ability to export the key information metrics from the Dashboard into Excel, to provide even further opportunity for analysis.
Ideal Fundraising comes complete with a comprehensive range of reports that are available to use at any time to help you analyse your data. You can refine this data using various filers including Fundraiser, Team Leader, Campaigns, Regions and Sites (Venues) over different periods of time as you require, whether it’s last year, or today.
The reports are easy to navigate by simply entering keywords that relate to the report name; e.g. ‘KPI’ to bring up the various KPI reports. Ideal Fundraising automatically remembers your frequently used and favourite reports making it even easier and quicker to access the data you need. All reports can be exported into Excel if you require further specific analysis.
Ideal Fundraising offers custom reports where you can design your own filters. These repots can be exported in a variety of formats; e.g. Spreadsheet, or PDF.

Door Outcome Report
Ideal fundraising allows you to report on how well your fundraisers are progressing their Door-to-Door campaigns by analysing a number of statistics for a given door set over a defined period of time. This in turn, will help to highlight any fundraising ‘hotspots’ where you can plan future targeted routes for your fundraisers, to make the most of your door-to-door efforts. The more data you have, the more targeted and efficient your future door to door fundraising can be.
